Our house is your home away from home, so please feel free to make yourself comfortable and use or consume anything you find in the house. We have stocked the fridge with some drinks and snacks for you, and you can also use the kitchen appliances, utensils and spices if you want to cook. There are also some toiletries and towels in the bathroom for your convenience. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Laundry
There are two washing machines under the roof outside. The clotheslines where you dry your clothes are located left of the little outhouse under the little roof.
Fireworks
Just a heads-up: you might hear some fireworks during your stay. It’s a Madeiran thing—no biggie, just the Madeiran way of celebrating life. No need to worry about the noise, it’s all part of the local charm. Enjoy the vibe!

Garbage:
You can use the garbage bin that is located behind the house and we will take care of the trash (it is included in the cleaning fee) If you booked a longer stay and need to empty the trash in between you can bring the trash to garbage points.
Garbage collecting points are spread all over the island. If you go anywhere, chances are you passing a lot of them, see photo for reference. Closest garbage collecting point is here:

With the guest mode on our TV we make it easy for you. You just enter your check out date and all login data will be automatically deleted once you are checked out. So you can bring all your favorite app logins to your holiday and watch your favorite show in the evening.
